Normally we finish production and make delivery in 12 months from the date of PO. Our team will do design review with our customer, finish production according to SOP, on-site inspection and pre-acceptance before making delivery.

We will send one set of consumable spare parts and some maintenance tools along with the shipping of the equipment. Our team will provide machine installation and commissioning at your door, provide you all technical support before and after machine installation. Also we will send the product manual, maintenance manual and the spare part list for your reference, both soft and hard copies. For all technical request from our customer, we will respond our actions within 24 hours, kindly provide you the remote fault diagnosis if necessary and share our proposal for corrective maintenance. 

One year’s warranty after final acceptance at the customer’s location.
